01 — The room

The buffet counter lined with chafing dishes and stacks of plates
The buffet counter at Wolfe Tone Street. Plates, chafing dishes, and the next station a few steps away.

A buffet is only as good as its second lap. Here, the kitchen keeps sixteen stations going, from the Japanese hotplate to the chocolate fountain.

Wing's is a world-cuisine buffet: freshly prepared dishes, live cooking stations and a room built for groups. The menu travels from dim sum and sushi to pizza, tandoori, kebabs and a carvery.

You pay one set price and help yourself. The restaurant asks guests to take only what they will eat — you can always go back for more, so there is no reason to heap a plate.

02 — What to order

Start with
the stations.

The buffet is broad, so the useful question is where to spend your first plate. These are the stations guests mention in reviews, matched to the current menu.

Made in front of you

Sushi Conveyor

Freshly made, help yourself

A conveyor of freshly made sushi sits alongside the hot buffet. It gives a light, cold counterpoint to the roasts, curries and grill, and guests mention the seafood selection by name.
